Brother-in-law's birthday

I just finished making my brother-in-law's birthday card and figured I better put in my blog now. I always struggle with masculine cards. I used some patterned paper to help me out with this card. I just LOVE two-sided cardstock. They make the best cards. I like my inside to have some design to it, not just the outside. I cut the "happy" out of the paper and stamped the "birthday"(Fiskars stamps). I then cut various pieces of coordinating paper to piece onto the front and inside of the card. I used a clear overlay for the verse inside. It came from Cardmaker's birthday overlays booklet. It is made by Hot Off the Press. I love these things! And that, my friends, is it. Simple and easy. Yay!

Nice cards. I really like the star paper. In answer to your question on my blog, I went to the Archiver's in Boise, Idaho. In fact, there are three Kims that work there. It must be a popular name for Archiver's employees. :)
