Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a happy MLKjr. day. I actually had to work today at my school. I think it was the only district open in my area. : ( I decided to take the PaperCrafts Milestone Birthday card challenge.

My uncle is turning 80 in a couple of weeks and my cousins are collecting cards to give to him. What a perfect time to jump in this challenge. I also decided to use the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch # 11.

And here is my card. I finally got to use my new Spellbinders Hexagon die. YAY! I also used designer paper from Echo Park's collection called "This & That". The stamps are from the Stampendous clear set called "Twenty Something". I used Versafine ink in black and distressed my edges with Ranger Distress ink in Old Paper. I had fun with this sketch. :D
Hope you have a great evening and thanks for stopping by.

Handsome masculine card Janet! So glad you played along with us in this week's CAS(E) this Sketch!
Wonderfully done and perfect for a masculine 80th!! Love your use of hexagons! So glad to see you at CAS(E) this Sketch!
Love that the 4 hexagons fit so neatly inside the bigger hex - and what a fantastic milestone - it certainly deserves a special card like this! Thanks so much for playing along with this week's CAS(E) This Sketch!
