For my card I used cardstock from CTMH. The "lights" stamp is from the CTMH stamp set called "Candlelight Garden" and the words are from the CTMH stamp set called "Illuminate". I used my Y11 and Y13 Copic markers to color the lights. I then added some shimmer to them with my Wink of Stella Clear brush marker. And that is it. Nice and simple.
