Hello to my fellow cardmakers!
Today I am sharing the card I made for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #180 and the Between the Folds Challenges 31A&B: Creative Stamping Techinques. Here is the sketch:
And here is the link to that challenge: http://atlanticheartschallenge.blogspot.com/2016/10/sketch-180.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+AtlanticHeartsSketchChallenge+%28Atlantic+Hearts+Sketch+Challenge+%29
The other challenge is found here:
For this challenge I did the "rock and roll" stamping technique on the owl. I first inked him in the Desert Sand ink and then I rolled the edges in the black ink. Next I just stamped him on Colonial White cardstock and fussy cut him out.
I stayed pretty true to the sketch. Not much explanation needed other than to give my supply list which is pretty much all from CTMH. The only things not from CTMH is the saying which is from an old set of mine called "U R A Hoot!" from Cornish Heritage Farms and the punches used for the hearts. The larger heart punch is from Creative Memories and the smaller heart is from Recollections. I just layered the smaller one on top of the larger one and then attached it to the card.
That's it. I had fun following the sketch and BTF challenges today.
Thanks for stopping by.
